I am now drinking up the last of My Pa Rolling Rock bought many cases just before it was sold to Budweiser. Had these in the fridge so they are still in good shape. It Pours sort of pale yellow. Small head that goes quickly. Smell of grass / Rice. Taste Very Nice not to mild not to heavy. Feels very nice in your mouth. Easy to drink 3 did so the other night. Got to late or I would have had another! I am going to miss this beer but it does not keep forever and the stuff made now by Bud is to me Swill. As their ads used to say crisp and refreshing.

Had on tap at D's. Besides the noticeable heavy carbonation relatively attractive. Dark color but head disapates relatively fast leaving little lace on the edge of the glass. Arronh said exactly what the taste was...rolling rock with some roasted flavor. This added a nice spin on an otherwise boring beer.

Supposedly, this is a beer available in draft only. I had a glass a D's Six Pax outside Pittsburgh, PA. When I saw it, I thought it was Rolling Rock Bock. Apparently not. It is a dark lager that tastes similar to Regular Rolling Rock. It pours a rich brown color with a thick tan head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is only a hint of roasted malt. The taste is rather light, with a hint of malt sweetness and some roastiness on the finish. Hops are unnoticable, just like Regular Rolling Rock. The finish is fairly clean, with a touch of roastiness in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is still thin. It is a fair beer, and I could drink it regularly. It essentially reminds me of Regular Rolling Rock "Pale Ale" with some added specialty roasted malts. Nice to see something different from one of the small macros.
