Light brown in color with a frothy head the color of old paper that makes me think of the paper the Constitution or Declaration of Independence was written on. There isn't really a nose that I can detect. The attack is creamy, likely from the nitro. The hops is faint. The flavors of the beer are very subtle, but the finish does allow the hops to reveal itself a little bit. It drinks creamy and malty, but that is perhaps a little because of the nitro.

Wonderfully smooth mouthfeel from the nitro. Unfortunately the rich aromas of Chinook, Fuggle, and East Kent Golding Hops are overshadowed by a messy, rotten sweetness. Appearance is great, deeply gold with a huge dollup of cream on top. Too bad the taste matches the aroma. Way to sweet and hardly bitter at all. Almost no floral or pine aromas or flavors to speak of.
