Color is clear and grainy-yellow. Head is short and doesn't last for long. Aroma is of sweet wheat grains with a touch of citrus. Osage's flavor is sweet with a slight edge of lemon. A taste of caramel malt is noted in the finish. This isn't anything special, nor is it that bad. Bottom line: an average quality brewpub choice for American pale wheat ale.

Pour is a clear, golden filtered wheat. Slightly sweet, lightly malted nose.
Tastes include light citrus, slight sour edges. Faint presence of yeast, little body or character. A little sweet, very little malt or hops presence. Could easily be mistaken for a standard pale lager.
