A hot summer morning at the rock climbing gym and lunch with a pilsner? What could be better?
A- Served in a tall pilsner glass. Excellent Clarity. Thick, chunky head with great staying power. Active Carbonation. Looks beautiful.
S- Grassy and hoppy scent. Slight banana scent but the grass dominates.
T- Malts are dominated by the hops and that grassy flavor I smelled before. Bananas are strong here too. The hops are a bit peppery and slightly piny with a citrus finish. Nice multidimensional hop character but ultimately unbalanced.
M - Very active, but its a bit short on body. Maybe too short.
D- Ultimately fairly drinkable and quite enjoyable for one. But I'm a bit hesitant to have another.

A clear, deep gold body reveals fine bubbles rising steadily (served in a tall pilsner glass) beneath a frothy head of bright white foam that drops shortly to a thin collar and whispy surface covering. The nose is clean with some mild malt and a whiff of background floral hops. The body is medium and it's crisp in the mouth with a median carbonation. The flavor is just as the nose indicates. It's clean, with a good balance of grainy malt and spicy and floral hop flavors, and backed by a firm bitterness that leads it to a dry finish. Well brewed and enjoyable!
