I had this on tap at Stewarts this afternoon. This is the second in their series of single hop IPA's, this one uses amarrilo hops with some cascade for aroma. It was presented in a standard pint glass, a deep, clear orange color with a moderate white head. There was a lot of lacing with this one. The aroma was thick heavy pine. The flavor was full of pine and citrus, the finish was very bitter and lingered. The brew was medium-full bodied and had a sticky mouth feel. The carbonation was average for an IPA. I felt this was a great IPA and it drank like it was a big beer.
