Pleasant "lagerbier unfiltriert." Enjoyed this with a dinner at the brewery tap and restaurant in Wurzburg.
Most noticeable feature is the aroma, which is distinctly of honey. In the glass it's a cloudy golden beer. Mild but full flavors. Fills the mouth with soft, long-lasting carbonation. Malty and pleasant fruity tang. Nose is fragrant as you drink from the tall handled mug. Faintly sweet. A tasty drink and more enjoyable than the dunkel with a pork hock, potatoes, and cabbage.
