I thought this was only an average beer. It was a nice orange color, with a fairly small head. It had a grassy, outdoors aroma, with some floral hops. Nice aroma. Taste was pretty weak, just a little bit of hops. I really couldn' t taste much else. A little thin in the mouth, just an average beer.

I sampled this brew first on a recent visit to the brewpub. THe beer is served in a 12 oz glass and exhibits a slightly hazy copper hue with a thin wispy surface layer of foam. The aroma is some grainy malt and grassy hops as well. Just a bit of floral hop presence too. Overall the nose is mild. First sip reveals an average to lite body with mild rolling carbonation that is soft and caresses my palate. Flavor is similar to what the nose advertised, some caramel and grainy malt up front, almost husky notes. I get a bit of dry chocolate and this moves quickly to some grassy and herbal hops that kick in and linger on the finish. Very easy drinker that could be a solid session brew!
