Reviewed from my notes. Orange in color. Has a thin, white foam head. Some scattered carbonation in the form of tiny bubbles. It has a crystal malt aroma, with a touch of maple and some forest-like hops. A mild malt backbone with toffee notes gives way to a surprisingly bitter finish. Piney, oily, slightly crunchy. Medium body and medium to low levels of carbonation. The hops tickle the tongue. There is some coating, but not much. This is a very drinkable red. It doesn't look the part, but the taste is great.

I love the look on this brew very red mahogany with good head
The nose is sweet with a midlevel roasted crystal malt faint wheat and floral finish
The flavor is sweet and a big caramel flavor enters reminds me of a Scottish style. It has a slight roasted finish the amount of roasted taste is minimal. I'm surprised as I couldnt detect any wheat in the taste.
The mouth is very smooth but the finish is too quick for me
