A pretty good beer, although, unlike sulldaddy, mine was served in a 12 oz glass. It was a cloudy brown color with a small, but sticky, head. It had a sweet, fruity aroma, with a toffee background. Very nice. A sweet taste, with a fair amount of hoppiness. I liked this beer. It was fairly robust, not overpowering. Quite drinkable

I sampled this brew on a visit to the pub. IT arrives in a 12 oz flute glass exhibiting a cloudy amber color with a thin almost non-existent beige head, mostly some faint islands. Aroma is grassy and a bit of piney hops, there is also a hint of caramel underlying everything. Texture is slightly creamy and very mild carbonation. Flavor is similar to nose with some caramel and sweet toffee, maybe even butterscotch, but this quickly moves to piney and grassy hops. There is a bit of a hop bite on the finish, but this doesnt linger. Another easy drinking beer from Bray's, not as interesting as the description in menu but still a decent brew.

The beer when served was a somewhat cloudy root beer color, low head. Aroma was malty, but also seemed a bit watery. Medium mouthfeel. Tastewise, I am picking up some malty notes, some chocolately ones, there's some citrusy hops in the finish, and perhaps a note of smokiness in the aftertaste. Interesting taste, but the aroma isn't as strong.

This is supposed to be an IPA made with malts that are darker than normally used. It poured a cloudy, medium-to-dark brown color. Had a thin head, but not much lacing. Nose exhibited some hoppiness, but a sourish aspect hung around, too. Mouthfeel/body was, overall, medium and acceptable. There was some slight malt notes, but a highly perceptible sour flavor was evident amongst the finishing hoppiness. Lose the sourness, and it's ok.
