Poured on-tap at the brewery in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, ruby-orange coloring with a foamy, clingy, off-white head. Nose of subtle clove and coriander blend forward, with a nutty sweet backbone. Flavors are a big spice blend forward, with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove on a sweet backbone of roasted hazelnut and subtle molasses. Smooth and mid-bodied, with a sweet and spiced aftertaste. Bready almost. Smooth, effervesced finish, with a cloying linger.
