Appearance: clear amber in color with a nice 1" head. Soft lace develops through the drink.

Smell: the aroma (as with most OBBS beers) was very mild and weak, as only a hint of caramel and floral hops were present.

Taste: consisted of a simple combination of caramel, ripe sweet plum, light bitterness, and a touch of citrus.

Mouthfeel: was too smooth and dry at the start, where I was looking for a little crispness. The finish was dry and relatively clean, as only a hint of caramel stuck to the tastebuds.

Drinkability: decent, but not overly exciting.

I had this on tap at the brewery, and bought a growler.

Arrives a (too cold!) slightly hazy (chill haze) pretty amber with a 1/2 finger head of off-white foam. In a short time it drops to a coating and a ring. Not much lacing observed. When I had it from my growler, at the proper temp, it did have lacing.

Aroma is light toffee/caramel, lemony/grassy hops, and pale malt. Clean. Not much there, but pleasant, nonetheless.

This has a very good flavor. Nice, light bready malts, caramel candy, a good dose of hop bittering, and a lemony/grassy hop flavor. Crisp and clean.

Mouthfeel is a very pleasant sweet/bitter combination, which stays to the end, with a good tingle from carbonation.

This is a fantastic "session beer". Clean and refreshing, very well done. A true pounder.
