This is a pint of Bubba's Best Bitter served cold at the brewery in Kill Devils Hills, NC.
A: The ale has a copper red color with neither head nor retention.
S: The ale has a citrus hopped aroma, a little out of place for a bitter.
T: The ale's hop character is somewhat earthy but shows hints of citrus hops. The malts are caramel-like and provide a good consistency and flavor that matches well with the hops.
M: The hops are vibrant and leave a decent taste on the tongue.
D: Moderately drinkable with a nice hop finish.
