Inspired by French style salted caramels, this roasted brown ale is anything but typical. The malt backbone begins with subtle flavors of coffee, fruit, and roast. Wonderful flavors of slightly sweet caramel are brought to life by the addition of Himalayan sea salt to the boil in the perfect marriage of salty and sweet.
