On tap at Draught House, Austin. Pours pitch black with a light khaki collar accompanied by a wall of thick lacing that creeps downward. The nose on this beer is unreal. The cabernet has a very prominent profile with blackberry, currant, malt, caramel, cocoa. The flavor is a lot of cabernet up front, dark fruit, chocolate, malt, and a mildly bitter fruity finish. A complex, unique, memorable beer from 512 that I would drive back here just to have again. I added this to BA just so I could rate it.
