Our latest IPA creation, uses a new technique designed to maximize hop character. Unlike traditional hop additions, where bittering is achieved by boiling hops for an extended period, all the hop bitterness, aroma and flavor for this one is achieved by holding back the hop additions until late in the boil. The Result? A BURST of hops unlike anything we’ve done before. Hop varieties include some of our citrusy favorites like Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra and a new hop to us, Eukanot, which adds some tropical fruitiness.

12oz bottled 6-18-21, opened 10-1-21.
Hazy golden beer with a 2 finger white head and some of the best head retention around. Impressive.
Slowly falls and leaves sticky lacing behind.
Expressive nose full off peach, apricot, and some white grape.
More of a peel/rind bitterness in the flavor than the hop aromas that show in the nose.
Sweet/sour orange and some of the stone fruit.
Medium body, low-medium carbonation and a soft but persistent bitterness on the tongue.
Lengthy and mostly dry finish.
Outstanding.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a clear golden orange color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades fast leaving a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is strongest of some light tropical fruit mixed with a little bit of of orange and light bread.
Taste - The taste begins with a cracker taste that has a little bit of tropical fruit and grapefruit. As the taste advances a good showing of More grapefruit and a touch of herb come to the tongue and leave one with a crisp and clean tropical fruit flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is lighter with a carbonation level that is higher. Overall the feel is great and makes for a good drinker.
Overall - A easy drinking brew with a clean, crisp, tropical taste. Overall well done.
