Our New England style IPA has low bitterness and high hop fruit flavor and aroma that comes across a little sweeter than dry. With nothing other than hops added to drive haziness, our NEIPA was first wort hopped and then late boil hopped with a wonderful blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Also hopped late in the whirlpool with a very flavorful and citrusy hop, Rakau, the hot side hop side profile is very unique. Triple dry hopped, twice near the end of fermentation and then again before packaging.
