Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a slightly hazed yellow-amber color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brews is lighter overall with some notes of a bready smell mixed with just a trace of grain. Along with these smells comes a little bit of peach and apricot as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a nice caramel malt and a bit of breadiness backed by some flavors of tangerine and a bit of the light fruit of peach and apricot that was detected in the nose. Toward the end the fruit gets stronger all while a little bit of herb and grass also join the taste and end up leaving one with a slightly fruity and crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the mix of flavors the feel is great and makes for a very easy and refreshing sipper.
Overall – A nice easy drinking and more refreshing brew.
