(512) SMaSH Mackinac is a Single Malt and Single Hop Hazy Pale Ale that provides just enough malt backbone to showcase the hop. Mackinac hops are known to kick citrus, melon, and papaya with a touch of spice.

Hazy medium gold pour, quite a bit of particulate material in suspension, rocky off white head. Nose is melon and citrus.
Taste is honeydew, unripe soft tropical fruit, bitter citrus, light kilned malt, vague earthy thing going on. Mouthfeel is kinda chunky on the tongue, little over carbonated. Finish is nutmeg, citrus, melon. Not bad, but not my favorite SMaSH.
