(512) SMaSH is our (S)ingle (M)alt (a)nd (S)ingle (H)op Pale Ale series where we showcase one hop variety on a fairly neutral malt backdrop so the hop aromas and flavors can shine. For this release, we chose GALAXY hops and used a new hop extraction product from the Abstrax Hops as well as traditional hop pellets. GALAXY lends high notes of intense citrus, peach and passion fruit. 5.5%ABV Enjoy!

Light haze to a gold pour, finger of tight foam on top. Nose is tropical.
Taste is guava, peach, light kilned malt, mango, touch citrus rind. Light to medium mouthfeel. Finish sees the mango holding on the longest.
