Among the best efforts by the Goose. They list this as a "wild IPA" with the following description
"Splintered Sunlight Wild IPA 7.9% Hopped with a bunch of Sorachi Ace, Simcoe, Galena, Chinook, Equinox and Mosaic. Literally a bunch. We didn't even bother weighing it. Ok, we did but only because we're not hacks. Fermented with Brettanomyces Clausenii. Super fruity and floral."
My pint at the pub was a hazy honey pour with an ample head and great lacing. A big nose of fresh hops leads to a nice combination of pine, pineapple, and tropical fruits. Strong bitterness seals the deal. An excellent and unique brew. Very drinkable for a near 8% beer....careful, it will sneak up on you
