Brewed with French barley and wheat. Fermented with Brettanomyces Caussenii in French oak Pinot Noir barrels for two months. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. A slightly tarte ale with huge fruity aromatics and somewhat vinous, earthy flavor. What that means to me is a pretty decent sour type ale.
