Having a 12oz pour at the moment at Cask & Vine....
Served in a pilsner style glass, it is a rich, clear, medium golden hue, with minimal carbo. Head is a thin, fine layer of white foam, with solid stick. Aroma is of semi-sweet fruit mixed with some rindy citrus. Body is a good medium, and it is rather smooth.
Has a touch of toasty malt, though not really much. Hopping is a mix of some sweetish apricot before getting a bit more bitter, with some resiny, pithy citrus coating the palate. Finishes a little on the dry side, with a hint of lingering hopping. This is pretty solid, all-in-all. Prosit!

Brewed entirely with whole cone hops, this burnished amber Double IPA is comprised of Mosaic, Centennial, El Dorado, Simcoe and Sorachi Ace. Loaded with a multitude of citrusy, piney, resinous and fruity hop flavors and aromas.
