Brewed with 50% raw wheat and Belgian pale malt using a traditional turbid mash. Fermented with the usual suspects, a blend of various bacteria, brettanomyces and saccharomyces. Fermented for over a year in our oak foeder and refermented with Wisconsin Montmorency cherries. Naturally carbonated.
