From a 16 oz. can dated 02/24/21. Sampled May 15, 2021.
The appearance is a murky, hazy looking brass-golden color underneath a boisterous white head.
The hop aromas are subtle but I pick up pine and floral esters. They may b subtle because this DIPA is almost three months old.
Smooth, soft, medium mouthfeel.
The flavor tends to be sweet and not hoppy but the floral and pine hops that roll in tend to burn on the palate and linger for a short spell. I thought it was a decent beer.
