Brewed with Weyermann malts and specially selected German Noble Spalt hops. Light and refreshing with a brisk hop bitterness!

This Flying Goose Brew Pub is blowing me away with these beers. I never expected it from them, being so small. I'm embarrassed now.

Bright yellow with a big sticky head. Sweet lemon cake aroma with a rye-like spice note. Banana and yeasty spice flavor - much more going on then a true pils. Dry, mildly resiny bitter back. A true pils fan may argue it's not clean enough and true to style but I dig it.
