For the 2018 edition of Overnight IPA Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery & Dark Sky Brewing have joined forces to create some fresh hop goodness. Hundreds of pounds of wet cone El Dorado and Simcoe hops were dropped overnight for two seperate additions to infuse that fresh hop essence. Boasting intense tropical fruit and citrus notes as well as fresh grassy notes of the wet hops.
