Bottle gifted from a friend into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours a golden amber with 2+ fingers of medium escape light tan head that left nice lacing. This is the point at which the favorable attributes of the beer come to a close. Nose is almost entirely sweetness from the malt, lots of caramel and little if any hop character. Taste matched the nose, way way too sweet, no bitterness to speak of at all. Mouthfeel was a bit thin, carbonation was ok, and the finish a mix of dry and sweet. Primarily because life is too short and I've got many better things in the fridge, this was the first drain pour I've had in several years. Going to open a BBA stout to cleanse this beer from my palate and memory.

This was my first time drinking a bomber so I didn't know what to look for.
This is a great Arizona local brew and it taste really well most of the time I get bored after a regular sized bottle and need to open something new. But I enjoyed this one all the way to the end. It even has a little nitrogen capsule (similar to what Guinness uses). I would highly recommend this brewery and beer to anyone. And I will be buying again when I'm back home in Arizona.

Well i picked this up 7 months after botteling so certainly time may have affected aroma, ibu, and taste. For what its worth it was an easy drinking dipa but would like to taste this fresh.

Mild, but very drinkable IPA. Hops are not over powering, but has a dry, not malty flavor.

To be fair, this was a Nov. bottle. Surprisingly it was not a malt bomb.

Dark gold pour with off white head. Dry grassy hop nose. Dry grassy hop flavor. Lite mouthfeel with dry hop tongue coating. Overall an ok IPA.

A solid bitterness that remains a while; but a lingering hopiness that's acceptable for the IPA lover.
