On tap. Poured a pinkish color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, wheat and some tart green apple. Nice and tart with a salty bite.

Had at brewery in Jackson. Pinkish red appearance with minimal foam. Smells of berries, sour and slight light vinegar smell. So this is a kettle sour and the only way describe the taste of this is yogurt. A yogurt bomb with a slight sour berry taste. The Hibiscus and coriander are a bit of a afterthought in this beer. They are most definitely there but the lacto is the star of this beer and hogs the stag so to say.
