Long ago and faraway in the Scottish highlands, old S.F. McBreezley brewed a chocolately brown ale. It was this sturdy brew which saw him through his cold and damp stints minding the family sheep herd. A century later, SRB brewer Steve Breezley updated his great, great granpa’s classic with a generous dose of American style hops but with all the chocolate malt retained from the original.
