Look: Pours a hazy yellow with a thick, creamy white head.
Smell: Has a really interesting mix of malts, banana, walnut, and bread. Almost a bit sour from the bready aromas but it works for me.
Taste: Bread, nuts, banana, with a toasty malt spin, and finishes with barley.
Feel: Light body, easy drink at 5.2% ABV.
Overall: I thought this was pretty good and better than I expected; had an interesting flavor profile for the style. I’ve been impressed with Snake River’s offerings so far.

Pours a clear yellow with three fingers of snow white foam on top. Good retention. Aroma is bread, clove, grass, spicy hops, and light banana. Fairly good zest to the nose. Flavor profile is bready, with clove, and grassy and spicy hops behind. Yeast spice pairs well with faint notes of banana. Touch watery at the close. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a fairly smooth texture. Overall, a little weak and thin, but that probably means it's about right for a hike at altitude.

a little stronger in abv now that it is listed here, but a nice classic hefeweizen interpretation, wheat forward as much as it is yeast driven, nice balance then, and smooth but not too light, drinkable but not boring, freshness also stands out here on tap at the brewery, not something i usually notice in the style, but it radiates from this. i like how much wheat i can taste, how frothy and creamy it is, and how the yeast esters are not the only thing giving it personality. subtle allspice and clove on the nose, more citrus and pepper in the flavor, a light pink gum thing, but its not done hot enough to be distracting. i like this being on the dry side too, refreshing with all the carbonation. a slight nutty vibe to the wheat, a whole kernel sort of quality about it, mineral forward, earthy, and clean. this was a great companion to their spicy cauliflower florets in here, it seems to handle the spice well. a light lemony finish here, feels nutritive and quenching at the same time. nice american made example of the style, no frills, high quality wheat beer.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Plenty of banana and clove, light bubble gum, a hint of apple, yeasty, some wheat twang, and a little honey sweetness.
T: Big banana, clove, and bubble gum, faint floral notes, wheat twang, a bit yeasty, and some honey sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, chewy.
O: It's definitely got all the classic elements of a Hef. Not my favorite style, but it's a pretty respectable version.

On tap. Poured out a cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of banana, clove wheat and yeast. Sweet wheat with clove, banana and a spicy yeast bite.
