Named for the lightest of light powder snow, Cold Smoke is a porter accentuated with a smoky malt character. The subtle sweet and smoke combo is a perfect complement to many foods: red meat and rich sauces. Cold smoke is a collaboration between head brewer Cory Buenning and homebrewers Kelley Rabjohns and Kelly Smith.
