This is the beer Frank Zappa would have brewed if Frank Zappa had been a Belgian monk! St. A is a malt rich Belgian style Dubbel in the mold of a trappist ale. With about 7% ABV, and just enough Sterling hops to provide a nice balance, the flavor of this Dubbel will transport you to a cobbled road in Flanders that leads to the old monastery.
