Emulating the lagers of the German city of Dortmund, this beer is golden, light and refreshing. Though this beer is light in color, it is still full in flavor and very thirst quenching. The main malt used to create this beer is imported pilsner malt. To complement these malts, a nice bittering is achieved with German lineage hops. Alcohol content is 4.9%. Rolling Thunder Dortmunder is a signature beer of Cory Buenning.

Taster at Bittercreek. Pretty good attempt at this, luscious pour with a nice creamy head. Light grainy aroma, a bit fuller in the taste, really nice feel

Thanks goes out to Bitterbill for this brew.
12 oz. Can
Pours a pretty nice clean/clear golden yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, hoppy, with some citrus. The taste is malty, hoppy, citrusy, nice little sweetness. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. A nice thirst quencher. Thanks Bill!

Growler purchased at the Liquor Shed in Casper.
It pours a straw yellow with a 2 finger head of foam.
It smells of earthy malt, light sweet malt, some noticeable hop bitterness.
The taste is of earthy malt, a light sweetness, some hop bitterness that gives way to more earthy notes in the finish. Overall a very crisp and refreshing brew.
Very drinkable example of the style here. I like.

A nice seasonal that they were serving when I was there in May 2003.
Pours witha crystal clear light amber body and a very think wispy head. A nice grain smell with a lot of sweetness and a little hops. Very thin, crisp, malty flavor with a nice sweet followthrough. The mouthfeel was very light and crisp. Very drinkable, especialyl after a hot day of hiking.
It's a nice, lighter counterpart to their normal Lager.
