Beer bottle (33cl.), tasted 2009.
Inspired by the Kolsch style (look like a pilsner, but his bitterness is less pronounced. brewed with yeast top fermentation).
Appearance : yellow color, with white foamy head.
Smell : hoppy aroma.
Taste and mouthfeel : round sweet malty, grain and yeast flavours with spicy notes.
Drinkability : a good beer in the style Kolsch. But I prefer the draught version.
