An awesome looking bottle with no label and a masking tape label, thanks to Francois for sharing this really unique guy.
Bright neon cranberry pink color, very little head.
Nose super cherry, sour balaton cherry, mild sour lambic, lactic acid and mild sweet.
Taste pretty sweet, candy cherry and adore cherry, little bready, sour lactic acid, little flemmy and almost syrupy. Finish is long tart cherry with sweet candy but dry, very sour and bready flavor, lactic acid. Sticky little flemmy and tart.
Mouth is med like bodied with a sweet syrupy demeanor, little flemmy, decent carb.
Overall it could have been better, it had nice characters that wanted to be a great cherry lambic but that sweet candiness to it took away from it a bit.
