Poured into a Weihenstephan weizen glass.
A - Foamy white head over a hazy light straw coloured body. Some lacing follows.
S - Acres of wheat indeed, along with some hints of banana, lemon, bubblegum and yeast.
T - Wheat, banana, grassy hops, spice and lightly malty. Not bad.
M - Medium body with high carbonation. Reasonably dry.
O - My first Berliner Weissbier, and it isnt bad at all really, a bit like cross between a hefe and a german pils.

A - Pours a cloudy straw lemon colour with a three fingered white head that reduces slowly to a non lacing film.
S - Aromas of sticky lemon toffee and some malty biscuit.
T - Up front there are some nice malty notes that fade into some sweet biscuit flavours with a slightly citrus spicy finish.
M - Medium body and carbonation.
O - I have never had a berliner weiss before, and this beer has the appearance of a hefe, however the flavour is distinctly different form a hefe, and its one that I really quite enjoyed.

This beer pours a pale semi see thru honey hue with a nice frothy one finger head with nice lacing very attractive looking, the smell is mainly bananna and very strong wheat,it has a nice medium body mouthfeel with a nice wheaty malt taste which finishes very nice and crisp, this is definately one of those beers that would be great and easy to drink alot of in the summer.
