A pretty good IPA. Great beer after a mountain bike ride at Peterson Ridge.

Purchased a 22oz brown glass bomber from Beermongers in SE Portland. Bottled on date of 06/24/15
Pours a deep hazy orange color with a creamy off-white head. Solid retention and a good amount of lacing throughout.
Grassy, grainy, and vegetal aromas of sweet pea, green bean, orange rind, pineapple, white flowers, oregano. A bit muddled. There's some grainy spiciness as well, but not anything approaching peppermint or cinnamon.
Medium to medium-full bodied. Feels slightly under-carbonated. A touch thin and watery in the mid-palate. Aggressive hop, citrus pith, and herbal bitterness on the finish.
A very nice brew. This might be their Raptor Rye IPA, however the new label omits any mention of rye. There's also little rye character to the beer. Perhaps they changed the recipe or lost their source for the rye. Or perhaps it's simply the same beer and I'm too stupid to realize it.
