Along with the smooth, creamy body, expect big notes of citrus, pine and tropical fruit in this "fruit-forward" IPA. Hops include generous amounts of El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic, Strata, Lemondrop, Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria.

Named after Suttle Lake, a local camping area
22 oz bomber purchased from Safeway in West Salem OR.
$4.49
Worried about this before tasting as just noticed it was bottled on 9/16/19 almost 90 days old.
Pours a hazy/murky yellow/apricot juice colour, with a really attractive thick, creamy white head.
Nice enough fruity aromas..mango, peach skin, apricot and a bit of mango..not too exuberant but delicious enough.
Taste is pretty nice too and has a slight bit of what i like to call minty hop..flavors do seem a bit muted but its all good really.
Mouth feel is excellent..smooth yet thick has nice levels of carbonation and isn't too cloying in the end.
Excellent beer despite the age..wow how this must have been a couple of days old!!!

I like to support local breweries, and this is semi-local (180 miles). This one is decent and when I find a beer from them I like to try it. This is a good hazy. It's been a while since I had it.

This IPA has such a nice combination and balance of all things that IPA Lovers should love and appreciate. What we have here is an IPA that deserves to be drank to the point of extreme drunkeness at least once a year. I will most definitely look for this one again and soon..!

Draft at Three Creeks. Light hazy golden, thin white head. Hazy, but still a decent amount of maltiness, and the citrus is toned down. Pretty well balanced brew.

Idiotic 19.2oz can (dated 11/4/21, thanks Bevmo!) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a fully solid and murky dirty orange juice color with 3/4 inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.

The aroma and flavors were in lockstep, basic joosey hops with no grain base. The body was the typical medium-light of the style, with a semi-sweet finish. Drinkability was about average for the style. Overall, a JAMB (Just Another Murk Bomb). Try it or don't, what do I care?

Pours a slightly hazy amber with creamy foam and a pleasant mouthfeel. Aromatic with cake and grapefruit peel. Fruity flavors of orange peel, green apricots, and green melon. Eye-opening acidity and astringency in the aftertaste.

I was surprised by the date stamp, just over a year ago. I have thought before that these hazy IPAs might actually iimprove with age. The harsh taste and acidity seem to mellow, though it still is on the sharp and bitter side. From the 12 oz can.

Picked up a 19.2 FL. OZ. can as a roadie (someone else driving), which was an after thought, really. Drank it on the heels of a red beer made of Bud Light Platinum and Campbell's tomato juice (an excellent red beer, btw). Saw "IPA" written in dark blue on the can but completely missed "Haze" printed right above it in white. Had I seen "Haze" I'm sure I wouldn't have picked it up. I avoid hazy IPA's because I don't like citrusy IPAs in general, and the hazys sometimes go full-on orange juice. Poured it into a glass, but it was night and so I couldn't see it (until I got home.) I commented to the driver that I really liked the flavor of this IPA. It's a really nice beer: smooth, not overpoweringly hoppy by any stretch, and very tasty. Living in Bend, OR which is about a half-hour drive from Sisters, OR where the Three Creeks Brewery is, I can boast familiarity with their offerings over the years. They are one of the better breweries in Central Oregon, IMHO, and this brew measures up. Glad I accidentally discovered it. Drinkable beyond belief. It's probably better than some of the brews that I've given higher marks here on BA. I may have even subconsciously handicapped this beer's ratings because of the haze. But it's flavor and mouth-feel did inspire me to rate it. If this beer was clear, I'd have probably given it a full point more (4.75) in the overall category. Maybe not that high, but I'm admittedly prejudiced against hazy IPAs. I hope it goes well with bean and cheese burritos because that's what it's getting paired with as soon as my wife gets home with take-out. Try it. See what you think. I dig it. Cheers!

Unknown age can poured into a pint glass. The color is a hazy lemonade yellow, and the head is excellent at first, full, vicious white with good retention and a decent crown, but it settles into a thin soapy film, similar to Guinness. The smell distinctly reminds me of red fruit punch, like a homemade one or something similar, and fresh fruit salad. Unfortunatley the taste has little to no evolution, is short lived, and the finish is lacking to my taste: it follows with fresh fruit and a tinge of bitter up front, immediately dying into some complex but very faint hop notes on the finish. It is also a tad sweet for me. The body is great, full, and lucious, but it finishes wet for sure, without a noticeable snap or crispness.

This beer has promise in it's style but to me, lacks the execution of an excellent craft beer. It's okay, but it could be so much more.

wow, the mouth feel of this beer is incredible. Very fruity, this. Peaches, mango maybe apricot? Completely opaque with an outstanding head. This is what a hazy IPA should be

Solid hazy IPA. Hoppy enough for me, looks great, great mouth feel ands a nice finish. No distinct smell to me, but then not bad either. Enjoy the pine notes. Best hazy I have tried to date.

Definitely a solid hazy. Wish it was little more hoppy, but definitely a smooth offering. Really really like the fact that it's actually, hazy. I hate these breweries that are labeling hazy beers, and I can still see through the glass. That's garbage. This is an actual hazy. Thanks 3 creeks. Great mouth feel which a hazy should have. Not thin. Really appreciate that they six pack this too. Will be a nice summer go-to brew
