Look: Clear burnt orange with a good looking, dense white head that leaves good lacing
Aroma: Pear, sour apple, some nectarine and orange notes, guava and passionfruit come into play once it’s warmed some. Hops up front and dominate the smell but a little honey and bread makes it presence known, though in the background
Taste: Big tropical fruit and pear notes right out of the gate, followed by some honey-like sweetness but then quickly moves to an orange marmalade taste finishing with a nice bite and a medium-dry finish
Mouthfeel: Crisp and clean overall. IMO this is a perfect “stage” for a single-hopped beer like this one
Overall: Enjoyable and I’ve always been a fan of single-hop beers to help expand my pallet by either learning about a hop I’m previously unfamiliar with or deepening my taste profile of said varietal. Only one of a few El Dorado single-hopped beers I’ve had but again like usual, I get huge pome fruit notes from it. Tasty and well put together. I dug it!

12 oz can from Plaid Pantry in West Salem
$9.95 a sixer.
Pours a traditional clear burnt orange coloured body, with a nice looking frothy and large eggshell white head.
Lovely aromas..mango peach, red cherries..pretty great.
Taste somewhat as the taste but with a nice bittering edge to keep it from being boring.
Nice refreshing mouth feel. Well carbonated and with a semi drying finish.
Very nice single hop IPA.
Three Creeks continue to impress.
