On tap at Three Creeks, enjoyed a pitcher ($16) over lunch with family 7.14/2010. Brewed in honor of the world famous Sisters Quilt Show, and hopefully enjoyed by out-of-towners that weekend who found themselves at the end of a 4 mile plus traffic jam waiting to look at --quilts!
One finger soapy white head, medium dissipation with good lacing. Clear light straw yellow body, minimal carbonation rising from bottom of the glass. Nose is pretty sweet, malt forward, with some grassy and floral hops for balance. Taste mirrors the nose, with some lemony esters present. Mouthfeel is light, a bit thin, with minimal effervescence. Very drinkable, light and refreshing. A nice summer beer.
