A ton going on with this beer. Smells of the oak barrels. Taste is acidic, lime and more.

A very interesting beer. It reminds me of wine as much as beer probably bec of the chard barrel aging plus the lime raises the acidity. Took a bit to get used to it. More complex than many beers, even more than most barrel aged beers. Ahh, it tastes like a sour. They didn't advertise Bret or wild yeast. It may just b the chard plus lime. Quite glad I tried it, I would recommend it to others who like complex somewhat sour tasting beers.
