Dark brown, some black, mostly brown, 1/2" head, tan. Aroma was roasted, a lil choco malt.
Smooth, oats worked, chocolate malt worked, not super aggressive roasting. Easy drinking, solidly average oatmeal stout. No off flavors, nothing it does amazingly well.

Dark pour, not the thickest or darkest beer, but for back in its time, this was relatively big and dark, but not much head to it, tan colored. Roast aroma, not huge, chocolate to a lesser degree.
Smooth taste, easy to drink, pretty straightforward, roasted malt and chocolate, oats to smooth it all out. Alcohol a little too pronounced for its level. Couldn't pick up any coffee, maybe the oats mellowed it out.
Better oatmeal stouts from this neck of the woods, drink Anderson Valley's instead.

Dark black color. Medium tan head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee and malts. A medium bodied stout. Dark roasted malts. Chocolate and coffee flavors predominate. Kind of sweet. Nicely balanced. Very drinkable stout. Nice and smooth and kind of chewy. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, with a lingering chocolate sweetness.
