This Bock has a great chestnut/ruby color, with a BIG frothy tan head, which lasts real well, though it leaves it minimal amount of lace. Good malt nose, with nice sweetness coming forth. Could be more pronounced, though. Medium-plus body, and nicely smooth over the tongue...mmmm! Pleasing, rich, malty sweet taste, with some toffee-like notes thrown in. A real nice bier!! Glad I found it. Prosit!!
