The liquid is clear, the colour amber. The high off-white head leaves some lacing white slowly sinking. Some yeast in the bottle.
The smell is a bit sour with some sweetness and a hint of ethyl acetate.
The taste is tart-sour and a bit malty. Some lemon acid and hints of hops. Hints of detergents/solvents. Somewhat earthy flavours. The aftertaste is tart with notes of floor polish.
The carbonation is strong, the bubbles sharp. The liquid is light.
A very odd beer, still it’s quite drinkable. I must learn more about this one.
