A-Copper with a thin white head that left spotty adequate lacing.
S-Sweet malts and light fruity hops.
T-Malt forward sweet caramel meld into a pleasant citrusy hop finish. This is an excellant example of a true English bitter made with USA hops.
M-Medium body with a nice dryness and long lasting bitterness.
D-Really nice. Having been in England enjoying beers much like this I am impressed with how dead on this beer is. The only difference being the use of PNW hops vs English hops....but who cares, this is a nice brew.
