Clear amber color with off-white head. Aroma has some fermented apples. Taste starts also slightly fruity with some earthiness, toasted malt and light booze on the finish. Quite weird but not really bad.

Pours almost transparent amber with tan and bubbly head, good retention, patchy downsliding lacing. Aroma is caramel, sweetish malt, alcohol can be quite clearly felt.
Taste is quite pronounced alcohol, sweetness sets in towards the finish, as well as some herbal bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, about average carbonation and not very smooth alcohol warming.
Overall, I did not enjoy the beer too much in the beginning, alcohol was too sharp perhaps, but I started to like it more towards the end of the glass.

Cherrywood color, clear. Almost no head.
At the smell a good full malt, with caramel. But not heavy.
The taste is better. Malty again, with caramel. Warm notes, but overall, it is not heavy and boring, but quite fresh. Soft. The 7 ABV is not noticeable. Some hop that helps to mantain the balance. Fruity notes (ripe fruit). Medlar and apricot.
Average body, sweet and malty.
Malty aftertaste too, obviously. But always well balanced.
