Colour: golden, hazy. White foam, finely bubbled, low and short-lived.
Aroma: Very delicate but fruity, citrusy with lemon leading the way.
Taste: similar to the aroma, both in intensity and substance. Citrus fruit, mainly lemon, with typical Belgian spice notes, light cellar. Bitterness: low, medium long, pleasant, increases drinkability.
Saturation: medium towards high.
