Appears pale honey yellow with a creamy one finger head. Retention is good and lacing is spackled to the sides of my glass. It's surprisingly light colored for a pale ale.
The aroma is of lemon, honey, wheat, and a light malt backbone, which is almost crackery. A lot of orange is evident, with some candied sugar, as well as notes of coriander. The alcohol is hidden.
The flavor is sweet, sugary, and citrusy in the form of lemon and orange. It's slightly yeasty. A little bitterness is evident, but the trend seems is primarily toward sweetness. Alcohol is very apparent throughout the flavor, and it lingers in the sweet finish.
The beer is light bodied with a nice level of carbonation.
