On tap at Breakwater. 100% Bravo hops.
A: Transparent gold with an inch of dense white foam and good retention. Lacing forms sheets on the glass.
S: Lots of bread and biscuit with a little cracker. Hops are faint, imparting traces of orange and tangerine.
T: Biscuit and bread with a low bitterness. I get a little grapefruit and orange. Well balanced.
M: Lower medium body with upper medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is dry and sticky.
Overall: A simple malty pale ale.
