9 oz pour on tap into a wine glass at Brewers Fork in Charlestown MA. Dark red, almost purple in color with off-white lacing. Smells of cognac, leather, and rich fruit. Strong flavors of prunes, sherry, red wine. Sour plum finish. I really enjoyed this one. Really complex and nice use of the cognac barrels without it tasting too boozy or overpowering. Might be one best enjoyed fresh or on tap. Recommended for those who enjoy sours.
